This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Service operated by smert.ai Limited (Hong Kong). Breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension.
You must not
- Test any system you are not authorized to test under the Authorization to Test.
- Use the Service to commit a crime, infringe intellectual property, or defame anyone.
- Upload malware, child sexual abuse material, or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in Hong Kong.
- Attempt to bypass safety gates, allowlists, rate limits, tenant isolation, or audit logging.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to attack smert.ai's infrastructure (except via our coordinated disclosure programme).
- Use disposable, throwaway, or free-provider email addresses to register accounts.
- Violate any export-control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws.
